We ran 24 user interviews and synthesized findings into five core jobs-to-be-done. Every design decision traced back to one of these.

Results

Retention improved 42% in Q1 post-launch. App Store rating moved from 3.2 to 4.7. The onboarding completion rate went from 32% to 81%.
